Business conditions

1) GENERAL PROVISIONS

By placing a binding order in the e-shop www.famventuro.com, www.famventuro.cz, www.famventuro.at, www.famventuro.eu, www.famventuro.de, www.famventuro.hu, www.famventuro.it, www.famventuro.pl, www.famventuro.ro, www.famventuro.nl, www.famventuro.es, www.famventuro.si, www.famventuro.dk, www.famventuro.be, www.famventuro.ch, operated by A-swit s.r.o., with its registered office at Harrachovská 327/8, Prague 9, 190 00, ID (IČO): 279 033 89, VAT ID (DIČ): 279 033 89 (please do not send packages to this address), the Buyer-Consumer confirms their agreement with the Terms and Conditions for the delivery of goods. Relations between the Buyer and the Seller are governed by these Terms and Conditions and are binding for both parties. These Terms and Conditions further define and clarify the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer. All contractual relationships are concluded in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic. The Buyer is also sufficiently informed before submitting the order about the possibility of familiarizing themselves with the Terms and Conditions and the Complaint Procedure.

2) ORDERING GOODS

The Buyer agrees to the use of remote communication means when concluding the purchase contract. Costs incurred by the Buyer when using remote communication means in connection with the conclusion of the purchase contract (internet connection costs, telephone call costs) are borne by the Buyer. The subject of the contract is only the goods specified in the purchase contract (order). A condition for the validity of an electronic order is the truthful completion of all required data and details specified in the order form. The order also constitutes a proposal for a purchase contract, whereby the purchase contract itself is subsequently formed at the moment of delivery of a binding confirmation of the order by the Seller. From this moment, mutual rights and obligations arise between the Buyer and the Seller. The offer for the sale of goods and the prices of such goods remain valid for as long as they are displayed in the web interface of the internet store. Depending on the nature of the order (quantity of goods, amount of the purchase price, estimated shipping costs), the Seller is entitled to ask the Buyer for additional confirmation of the order (e.g., in writing or by telephone). The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase contract, especially with persons who have previously substantially breached a purchase contract, including the Terms and Conditions. The purchase contract and the Terms and Conditions are drawn up in the Czech language.

Customers from the Czech Republic and Slovakia can shop at the e-shop. For any questions, please contact us at obchod@promaledobrodruhy.cz or tel. +420 601 081 777.
